Welcome to our new website which is for the exclusive use of NESN Service Providers. The site will be updated regularly, providing all the necessary technical and contract information.

I am delighted to see that this year is continuing exactly as last year finished – jobs on the increase!

You will remember that during our member meetings last November we talked about the changes at NESN that would deliver a more "customer friendly" approach to our Service Providers, by managing the Centre/Service Provider relationship through key people at Head Office.

These changes have now taken place and if you clicking on the Helpdesk navigation bar you can read all about them and get all the details.

We have also provided a feedback page to spread best practice throughout the network, which I hope you will take full advantage of.

The new operations structure, member website and quarterly meetings are all put in place to ensure that we deliver a quality service to the people at the frontline of our business.
